“What a fun way to get to know Antiguan cuisine”
My husband and I only had five days in Antigua and wanted to do and see as much as we could. We loved sampling and cooking with the various Caribbean rums.

I had the wonderful experience of attending a gathering at Nicole’s Table. As I spent the evening sampling so many wonderful specialty dishes, I was introduced to Nicole’s Rum Punch, made according to the island’s best traditions.
In planning my trip to Antigua I kept coming across recommendations to take a cookery course. I googled and was taken with the site for Nicole’s Table.
