ZOOM COOKING CLUB

CLASS DESCRIPTION

On the last Saturday of each month we hold a Zoom Cooking Class for our Cooking Club.  If you love learning how to prep, cook and eat new foods, then give our Cooking Club a try!  We talk with club members after each class to identify what we might want to explore the following month.  Good food.🍲🍹  Good fun.😃🎉🥳  Good people! 👫👭👬

Our Zoom classes celebrate cultures whose cuisines share ingredients and flavours found in the West Indies. Each class is custom designed with feedback from our Facebook and Instagram followers, and previous guests, so look for posts on our Facebook and Instagram pages discussing each upcoming class.

Classes usually takes around 3 hours from start to finish. After you sign up, we email the prep packet, recipe booklet and shopping list the Wednesday before the class. This information makes it as easy as possible for you to buy your ingredients, and get some of the prep work done before class.  I then talk through the recipes as we prep and cook together.

Sign up, grab a drink, and prepare for a good time. We love cooking with foodies because it leads to good fun, humor and often a bit of story telling. Finally, if you want a West Indian drink, you can make my Old Fashioned Rum Punch in advance of the class for a taste of the Caribbean… Antiguan style!🥰🍹

This month’s class is a straight up culinary fun!  The class will be held on Saturday, November 30th, starting at 4P ET (-5GMT). Sign up now! 👍
