since she was a little girl in her parents’ restaurant in Montserrat, a small West Indian island next door to Antigua and St. Kitts.

Nicole’s love of family and friends is always expressed through her cooking. Although well known among our friends and family for her decadent desserts, Nicole loves to play with various spices from tongue tingling curries to her all-time favorite… garlic!  Nicole has served as a private chef on the private island of Jumby Bay and has cooked for well known people from around the world.
