Jude stopped by in late 2023 to take an All about Jerk cooking class with us after she heard about Nicole's Table on British celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott's cooking show.  In 2019, Ainsley did a show in our home where he and Nicole prepared and baked Nicole's Butter Rum Cake.
