The simplicity of this Calypso Shrimp recipe speaks for itself. It relies on a limited number of flavours, that when combined, result in a very flavourful finish. I have developed this recipe over many years modifying it according to the whims and fancies of the moment. Please give it a try and provide feedback or suggestions on how you might vary it to your own tastes!
