Banana Date Muffins

Banana Date Muffins

  • 3 Ripe bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup ground flax seed
  • 3/4 Cup almond flour
  • 3/4 Cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 Cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Place into a greased muffin pan and bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.

Makes 12 scrumptious muffins.
