- 3 Ripe bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup ground flax seed
- 3/4 Cup almond flour
- 3/4 Cup brown rice flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Cup chopped dates
- 1/2 Cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Place into a greased muffin pan and bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.
Makes 12 scrumptious muffins.
